The Root Chakra is your first chakra and is linked to how you feel and experience connection. Signs that your Root Chakra is out of alignment are often the same signs as feeling ungrounded. Mula means Root and Adhara means Support. The Root chakra provides you with physical energy, instincts, your will to live, and your connection to humans, animals, plants, and the "chi" life force.

Add 1/2 inch for a tight fit or 1 inch for a looser fit. If you are unsure of what size to choose for someone else, the average woman’s size is 7, while the average man’s size is 8.
